"Ahm Brahmasmi" goes the sanskrit adage; & rightly so gets reflected here.
I liked the thought behind this Haiku, but (if I may tamper with your creation) would have it this way -
"Erstwhile twas God and I
solely having the privilege of big beginnings
Now I am my god"
